2010 Annual General Meeting Memorandum
The 2009-2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tennis New South Wales will be held on Tuesday, 19 October, 2010. At this meeting, the annual report will be presented; the elections of Directors will take place; and if required, modifications (Special Resolutions) to the Constitution will be considered. Members are reminded that at the 2009 annual meeting, Tennis NSW indicated that the annual report would be distributed electronically. By not printing the report, Tennis NSW will save funds and be environmentally responsible. Members should note that this memorandum is NOT the formal notice of meeting. That notice will be forwarded to Members in late September with the AGM Agenda. Click here for the 2010 Tennis NSW AGM initial memorandum |
