WOMEN IN TENNIS ACTIVE GIRLS LIVE IN CAMP

37 girls from Regional Western Australia were treated to the annual Women In Tennis Active Girls Live in Camp from Friday 9 July until Sunday 11th July. Event Coordinators Elle Dignan and Brooke Koenig along with 5 qualified tennis coaches brought the girls together from as far North as Kununurra down to Geraldton and out to the Goldfields.

I.T.N RESTRICTED SINGLES EVENTS

As part of the 2010/2011 Competitions Calendar restructure, Tennis West is pleased to announce the introduction of International Tennis Number (I.T.N) Restricted Singles events. These I.T.N Restricted events will run alongside Australian Money Tournaments (AMT’s) and Optus Junior Series Australian Rankings (AR) Tournaments, at the same venue. These events are designed for male and female athletes who possess no real desire to improve their Australian Ranking. Players now have the opportunity to play at the same venue next to their friends who are chasing Australian Ranking’s points.

As a lead in to WA's Pro-Circuit Events the State Tennis Centre will be hosting the 2010 WA Open.
