MLC Ballkids

What does an MLC Ballkid do?
MLC Ballkids play an integral role in ensuring that tennis tournaments run smoothly. Throughout the Australian Open Tennis series, each MLC Ballkid is a focal part of every game, be it at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne or at the Brisbane International, Moorilla Hobart International or the Medibank International Sydney.

Who can be a ballkid?
MLC Ballkids are aged between 12 and 15 years (during the tournament) and are carefully selected from thousands of applicants from Australia and overseas each year.

How do I apply?
Applications for MLC Ballkid volunteer positions at Australian Open 2011 will be open from 22 - 31 March 2010.
